Trading Policy

1. Services Offered
Hair by Denielle provides professional hairdressing services, specialising in hair extensions, blondes, balayage, brunettes. Services are performed in a private home-based salon environment.

2. Hours of Operation
Hair by Denielle operates by appointment only. Bookings can be made by direct contact or via Fresha. Appointments outside regular hours may be considered based on availability and special arrangements.

3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required on the day of your appointment. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or through approved digital payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card online payment portals).
Failure to settle payment may result in refusal of future services and a police report.

4. Refunds and Revisions
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not offered for change of mind, including if you decide the colour doesn’t suit you, or for any dissatisfaction with the result where the requested service has been performed. If you are unhappy, we will work together to address the concern within 7 days of your appointment. Revisions or touch-ups are provided at the discretion of the salon. Refunds will only be considered if the issue has been given the opportunity to be resolved first. After that, any decision on a refund is at the sole discretion of the salon.

5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

6. Liability
Hair by Denielle holds public liability insurance to cover any personal injury or damage resulting from services provided at the salon. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and satisfaction, clients agree that Hair by Denielle is not responsible for any incidents beyond the coverage of our public liability insurance.

7. Allergies & reactions
Hair by Denielle takes all necessary precautions to ensure client safety. However, it is the client’s responsibility to inform Hair by Denielle of any known allergies or sensitivities during the consultation prior to receiving services. Hair by Denielle is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from products used if the client fails to disclose relevant information.
