Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings
All appointments are to be scheduled via by direct contact or by direct message on facebook or instagram. Clients are requested to book in advance to secure their desired time slot. Late arrivals may result in a shorter service time or rescheduling of the appointment.


2. Cancellation and Booking Policy
        •       Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
        •       Cancellations or Reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
        •       No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
        •       A deposit may be required to secure bookings, especially for longer or specialised services like hair extensions or colour corrections. This deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window.

2. Client Responsibilities
        •       Clients are responsible for attending appointments on time.
        •       If a client arrives too early, they may need to wait as the salon has a busy morning routine and cannot accommodate earlier appointments.
        •       Clients are advised to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving services.

4. Children and Pets
Hair by Denielle operates from a home salon, and while we aim to accommodate all clients, we request that clients do not bring children or pets. The salon space is not child-proof, and your safety and theirs is important to us.

5. Results Disclaimer
Results may vary depending on individual hair types, previous treatments, and client compliance with aftercare instructions. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, Hair by Denielle is not liable for variations in results.

6. Aftercare
Clients are provided with detailed aftercare instructions following specific services such as hair extensions or colour treatments. Failure to follow these instructions may affect the results of the service, and Hair by Denielle is not responsible for any damage caused by improper aftercare.

7. Hair Extension Deposits and Consultations
To ensure the best outcome, an in person consultation is required for all new hair extension clients. During the consultation, we will assess your hair, discuss your desired results, and recommend what will be most suitable.

For all new hair extensions, the full payment for the appointment must be made at the time of booking. This payment secures your appointment and ensures that the necessary hair extensions are ordered specifically for you.

Please note, failure to attend the consultation or pay the required deposit will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

Hair by Denielle collects personal information for booking and service purposes only. Your information is kept secure and confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. By booking a service, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to Terms
Hair by Denielle reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that may impact their appointments or services.
